Our members’ professional roles are organized in 4 groups:
(1) Partners: Stake-owners, which ought to be members of the legal profession, are partners with one another and also directors of the legal business activity of their office.
(2) Associates: As such, practitioners and counsels do not participate in equity. As associates, however, they have a share on the benefits reaped from their own practice.
(3) Consultants: Consultants are not in-house and they must not necessarily be members of the legal profession. They can be, for example, tax advisors, chartered accountants or academics. Due to their specialized knowledge or expertise, the firm counts on their independent services regularly.
(4) Assistants: This group includes paralegals and, generally, technical and administrative personnel that provides assistance to partners, associates, and to the organization as a whole.
