Daniel is a licensed attorney-at-law in New York State. He holds a Juris Doctorate degree from Tulane University’s School of Law (USA). He is also a Ph.D. Researcher in International Economic, Energy and Natural Resource Law at Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law & Policy (CEPMLP) of the University of Dundee. Areas of expertise: He had been Executive Editor of the Tulane Journal for International and Comparative Law and now contributes regularly to international publications. His areas of interests include the interaction between international investment law and climate change law, clean energy investment in developing countries, access to energy and sustainable development, international investment arbitration, stabilization of international investment agreements, and the equitable development of hydrocarbon resources in Iraq. Daniel has been recruited for his publication activity and the extensive knowledge of his areas of interest, where he provides substantial international consultancy work.
