Credentials: Law degree from Barcelona University and qualified in Spain . LL.M. in maritime and commercial law from the University of Southampton (U.K.). He has completed courses in SGS Group, Warsash Management Group and the ICC-International Maritime Bureau in U.K. He had worked firstly for law firms in Spain and later joined the Insurance & Litigation Dept. of the trading group Andre & Cie. in Switzerland . He has published three books and contributes regularly to international publications.
