Credentials:
David obtained his Law degree from the University of Barcelona. He was admitted to the Barcelona Bar Association. He started his professional career in the Spanish firm Bartolomé & Briones, where he worked for five years reaching the management of banks and financing.

Later on he moved for another five years to the Civil Litigation Department of the firm Ebame & Associats in Barcelona. He has since joined the board of several companies and associations. He currently deals with clients’ instructions and the supervision of other lawyers of his team.

Areas of expertise:
David has ample experience in Civil and Criminal litigation, as well as in Administrive Law. He is also conversant in Insurance Law and subrogation claims. Mediation and ADR is also part of his expertise.
