Anna Maria has a degree in Economics from the University of Barcelona (UB) and holds an MBA title in Management from the Ramon Llull University. She has postgraduate diplomas in Labour Law and Tax Auditing. She is member of the following professional organizations: Col-legi d’Economistes de Catalunya (CEC), Comisión de Asesores Fiscales del CEC and ACCID (Associació Catalana de Comptabilitat i Direcció). Areas of expertise: Anna Maria provides service on taxation and accounting for companies and groups. She is generally involved in the book-keeping of the corporation right from the set-up stage. Eventually, she carries out due-diligence work and internal tax auditing in M&A. Anna Maria works for AACNI on a regular basis, though independently from her own practice.
